We are looking for a highly skilled Ads Creative Creator who specializes in creating high-converting, high-quality ad creatives using AI video models for our E-commerce brands. This role is performance-driven: we need someone who understands what actually converts and has proven experience generating multiple 6-figure revenue results through paid ads.
You will be responsible for ideation, creation, and iteration of ad creatives that are used across paid advertising platforms. This is not a basic video editing role — we are looking for someone who understands direct-response advertising, hooks, angles, psychology, and scaling winners.
Responsibilities / Deliverables:- Create high-converting ad creatives (primarily video) using AI video tools
- Develop multiple ad angles, hooks, and variations per campaign
- Research competitors and winning ads to inspire new creatives
- Deliver ready-to-launch creatives optimized for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and Google
- Continuously iterate creatives based on performance data
- Work closely with the media buying team to improve ROAS and scale winners
- Proven experience creating ads that generated multiple 6-figure revenue
- Strong understanding of direct-response marketing & performance creatives
- Hands-on experience with AI video models (e.g. AI avatars, AI scenes, AI voiceovers, automated video generation)
- Ability to create scroll-stopping hooks in the first 1–3 seconds
- Knowledge of platform-specific best practices (aspect ratios, pacing, captions, CTAs)
- Fast and clear communication (Slack / WhatsApp / project tools)
- Able to work independently
- Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly
