We are looking for an experienced Interior Designer or Architect to adapt an existing interior design concept to 7 additional apartments within the same residential building.
Project Background
One 3.5-room apartment (1 out of 8 total units) has already been fully designed by our interior architect. The completed concept includes:
- Flooring specification
- Lighting concept
- Furniture selection and layout
- Room layout and zoning
- Materials and color scheme
- Interior detailing
The full concept is available as a PDF document. Floor plans for all apartments are available in PDF format.
Scope of Work
The existing design concept must be transferred and adapted to the remaining 7 apartments. Important notes:
- The apartments have slightly different layouts.
- The overall design concept must remain consistent across all units.
- Adjustments must be professionally executed while maintaining the original design language.
- The goal is a cohesive and uniform appearance throughout all 8 apartments.
Deliverables:
For each of the 7 apartments, we require:
- Adapted furniture layout plan (incl. kitchen / bath)
- Minimum 15 high-quality visualizations/renderings per apartment (including living areas, bedrooms, kitchen, bathrooms, and key perspectives)
- The visualizations should clearly communicate the final design and be suitable for presentation purposes.
Please provide:
- A fixed-price offer for the complete project (7 apartments)
- Estimated timeline
- Required additional documents (if any)
- Relevant portfolio examples
Contract duration of less than 1 month with 30 hours per week.
