APEX IT is a fast-growing IT Outsourcing company, focused on team augmentation by serving clients across the European Union and the UK. We are currently looking for entrepreneurial-minded professionals who want to help us secure new key clients and contracts, and grow together with the company.
This role is ideal for someone who already has a strong professional network in the EU & UK and is motivated to turn relationships into long-term partnerships.
Your Mission
As an Account Manager / IT Recruiter, you will play a critical role in APEX IT's growth, acting as a bridge between new clients and top IT talent.
Responsibilities
- Leverage your existing network of contacts to identify and approach potential clients (mid-cap and large enterprises in financial and non-financial services sectors)
- Proactively develop new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients by deeply understanding their needs
- Manage the full lifecycle of:
- Sales process: prospecting, outreach, engagement, negotiation, and client onboarding
- Hiring & delivery process: sourcing, engaging, hiring, and successfully delivering IT engineers to clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in Account Management and/or IT Recruiting (mandatory)
- An established professional network in the European Union and/or the UK (this is essential for success in the role)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Highly proactive, self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working remotely, independently, and in a startup / early-stage environment
Commercial Agreement
Flexible compensation model (fixed fee, commission-based, or hybrid — to be discussed) and flexible workload and schedule.
