Our brand manufactures wooden gifts that have an engraving on them. Those are gifts for athletes. You can see examples on our website.
We need an artist who is capable of designing new maps. These will be just like the existing ones you see there.
You will need to:
- Establish and follow a process, so that all the maps look cohesive and feel like part of the same collection.
- Be able to source or draw the city streets.
- Be able to draw the race routes (like a marathon route in the city).
- Be able to create city silhouettes, like the ones in our existing designs.
- Deliver final files in a vector file.
If you have experience with wood engraving or are familiar with the engraving software LightBurn, that’s a benefit.
The job will be a constant, ongoing process of designing new maps. There may be one or more tasks per week, depending on your availability.
In your proposal, please estimate a rough time or fixed cost that you’ll charge per design of a similar complexity to what you see on our website. Assume there will be 2 revision rounds.
Contract duration of more than 6 months, with 40 hours per week.
