About the Role
An exciting and unique opportunity has arisen for an experienced, self-motivated car mechanic to take ownership of a well-equipped two-ramp workshop in Gloucester. This is not a typical garage role — you will play a key part in a rapidly expanding automotive business, supporting both our existing transport fleet and our growing car retail operation.

- Competitive basic salary: £600 per week (£31,200 per year)
- Performance-related bonus: up to £750 per week extra

Key Responsibilities
- MOT preparation and rectification of MOT failures
- Servicing and maintenance of our in-house fleet (cars and 3.5T vans)
- Preparing retail vehicles for sale (servicing, repairs, and MOT work)
- Working efficiently to support the target of selling around 60 vehicles per month
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and record keeping
