A fantastic opportunity to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Freefoam Operations team.

Working within a fast-paced manufacturing team the role requires a high degree of accuracy and teamwork, this is a pivotal role that incorporates both office and shop floor activities.

The successful applicant will work closely with a fantastic group of people through out the organisation.

The person will work with the managers and supervisor in the Operation and will be responsible for some general office administration along with more specific responsibilities as listed below:

  • Data entry and collation of production records and reports to support decision making meetings.
  • Monitoring and maintaining Raw Material and Packaging stocks in line with production demands.
  • Liaising with the engineering team to maintain accuracy of EMAINT resource monitoring system.
  • Transacting of purchase orders within our ERP system for both consumable parts and engineering spares.
  • Liaising directly with approved suppliers.
  • Actively contributing to internal meetings and Continuous Improvement projects.

Competencies and Skills

  • Prioritisation / Initiative – having the ability to work on their own initiative having the ability organise and prioritise multi tasks, while often working under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
  • Communication – having the ability to convey information clearly and accurately to and from internal and external customers, suppliers and members of management. Excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Team player – capacity to work as an effective team member
  • Possess a “can-do” and flexible attitude.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft applications, ERP systems, additional bespoke data systems that full training will be provided for.
