Summary
Due to recent growth across the Freedom Group (the Electrical & Power engineering team), we are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join the team on a 12-month fixed term basis. It is a great time to be joining a business that has grown significantly over the past year. As the TA Partner, you will be joining a busy team who are aligned to the Freedom business. You will be fully focused on the high-volume recruitment of roles such as Linesperson, Fitters, and Jointers. As such, we are ideally seeking an individual who has previously worked on high volume recruitment of the mentioned roles or within this arena/specialism.
Key Deliverables:
- Managing the process from the sourcing strategy, selecting the most suitable advertising media, posting engaging adverts, shortlisting suitable candidates, and supporting Hiring Managers with interviews, through to offer management.
- A strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process and promoting Freedom and the NG Bailey group as an employer of choice.
- Liaising with the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to acquire detailed person specifications and applying search techniques to identify passive candidates from defined backgrounds for defined roles and requirements.
- Supporting the activities generated by the Lead Talent Acquisition Manager with a focus on building candidate pipelines.
- Maintenance of Applicant Tracking System, and usage in providing business information regarding applicants/market information.
- Undertaking projects/activities as delegated by Senior Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Regularly filling vacancies with great talent.
- Reducing time to recruit and costs to recruit.
- Flexibility to work across the full NG Bailey portfolio or vacancies in line with peaks and troughs across the group.
- Ensure you uphold and promote a fair and unbiased recruitment process.
What We Would Like You to Have:
- Prior experience of recruiting Linesperson, Jointers, and Fitters within a similar industry (we are open to recruitment agency or in-house/internal).
- Demonstrable experience of managing high-volume recruitment within this field.
- Interviewing and selection skills.
- Building relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
- Delivery of assessment centres and assessment centre techniques.
- Proven ability to prioritise.
