Freedom Professional Services are currently recruiting for an experienced Land Officer to join our team. The role is based in Scotland, so you must be willing to travel to different sites as and when needed; you will be primarily based from home. You will work with the Principal Surveyor in providing technical support and management across the business, including feasibility studies and acquisitions for Major Connections and CAPEX projects across the country.
Responsibilities:
- Technical management of Land and Estate projects and support to our team servicing Framework Contracts.
- Working with both internal and external clients in providing technical guidance and direction on land access, wayleaves and servitudes, planning regulation, and compensation in the delivery of projects across the region.
- Working on Major Projects, including operational reviews and client engagement.
- Maintain and build on existing and new client relationships.

- Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Able to analyse problems and identify solutions.
- Assoc. RICS (Desirable or working towards).
