Administrator – Freedom
Freedom, based in Basildon, England, is looking for an experienced Administrator to support operational staff and manage a variety of administrative tasks across multiple departments.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and department.
- Perform data‑entry, documentation, filing, and printing duties.
- Administer customer carding lists – prepare, print, and post cards.
- Handle job packs, utility maps (gas, water, BT), safe‑dig requests, and other required information following the job pack checklist.
- Record all operational documents and ensure they are filed correctly.
- Support office operations by maintaining office supply stock and handling day‑to‑day admin roles.
- Raise and manage purchase orders for subcontractors, tools/equipment, PPE, and materials.
- Generate and manage job numbers as requested.
- Record Toolbox Talk minutes with the Training & Compliance team.
- Audit logging and upload records to SharePoint.
- Maintain vehicle list updates.
- Take and distribute meeting minutes.
- Process IDT requests and field staff expense inputs.
- Handle any additional administrative duties required by the business.
