08 May 2025 Project Manager South England / Flexible / Hybrid Permanent Competitive Salary + Car/Car Allowance + Flexible Benefits Summary Join our OHL Transmission and Distribution team as a Project Manager, responsible for successful project delivery including planning, design, delivery, monitoring, commissioning, and handover/closeout on OHL Projects. Our projects are site-based across the UK, and we support flexible working. This is a full-time hybrid role. Key Responsibilities Conduct periodic project reviews with site teams and clients. Ensure reports provide relevant information for informed, cost-effective decisions aligned with business strategy. Prepare and present internal and external reports; liaise with stakeholders. Review designs critically and challenge inputs and deliverables. Forecast project costs and resource requirements. Prioritize Health, Safety stay updated on legislation. Conduct safety and environmental audits. Lead accident/incident investigations; monitor and improve H develop and maintain H manage resources to ensure timely delivery. Develop high-performing teams through training, mentoring, and performance management. Lead risk/opportunity reviews; manage the Risk Register; escalate unresolved issues. Manage subcontractors, monitor progress, and provide support to meet contractual obligations. Support tendering and new project acquisition efforts. Ensure quality assurance activities are conducted and improvements implemented. Monitor progress; facilitate weekly meetings; ensure milestones meet schedule and client expectations.
