Edge Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join our clients' expanding business working in Thirsk. We are looking to recruit an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator who is hungry for progression. Their current skill set will be nurtured and built on, working towards becoming a Branch Manager in the future.

Pay: £26,000.00-£28,000.00 per year

What are we looking for?

We are looking to recruit an experienced and competent Senior Sales Negotiator who is able to work alongside a fantastic team based in Thirsk. The ideal candidate will have a wealth of experience in the estate agency industry, with a strong background in sales and building/nurturing client relationships. As a senior negotiator, you must have aspirations and a natural flair for sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate who will be responsible for helping to drive a busy sales and lettings branch; a proven track record is a must, being able to secure new business and meet targets. Candidates must have excellent communication skills, be target driven, have a flexible approach, and a positive can-do attitude. You will benefit from additional leave for birthdays as well as additional leave for longevity of service.

Duties:

  • Negotiate and close sales
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Generate leads through various channels, such as online platforms and referrals
  • Assist clients in finding suitable properties based on their needs and preferences
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on property trends and prices
  • Coordinate property appraisals

The hours required are 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday as well as one Saturday in three, from 9am - 1pm.
