Edge Staffing has an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Lettings Valuer to join our clients' expanding business working in Seaham. This is a fast-paced, varied role that requires excellent organisation, communication, and attention to detail. You will be responsible for carrying out valuations, including your preparation for follow up from your valuations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting with the day-to-day management of a property portfolio
- Preparing tenancy agreements and renewal documents
- Coordinating move-ins and move-outs
- Responding to tenant and landlord queries promptly and professionally
- Updating property management systems and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with contractors and scheduling repairs/maintenance
- Ensuring compliance with all lettings legislation and company procedures
Essential skills
- At least one year's experience in an Estate Agency setting.
- Previous experience in winning business in a competitive industry and have the ability to overcome objections and close the deal.
- Be competent in creating opportunities for new instructions by prospecting effectively and consistently
- Confidently carry out valuations for sales and lettings
- Effectively win business
- Follow up previous valuations with a view to securing business
- Have the ability to cross sell a range of services and products
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A proactive and professional approach
- Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
- A valid driving licence is essential.
Salary will range from £26,000 to £30,000 depending on experience, realistic OTE earnings of £37,000.
