Are you looking to start a career in Wealth Management? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Financial Planning firm as a Junior Wealth Administrator. You’ll play a vital role in supporting a busy administration team while developing skills to set you up for long-term success in the industry.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Supporting a busy administration team with day-to-day tasks
  • Managing diaries for Financial Planners and updating client details
  • Liaising with clients and providers to ensure smooth processing of financial services
  • Preparing client review packs and dealing with post-meeting actions
  • Handling new business processing, Letters of Authority, and Suitability Letters
  • Answering calls, greeting clients, and managing incoming/outgoing correspondence
