Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the paraplanning team, delegating workload effectively.
- Oversee research, investment solutions, and cashflow forecasting to produce high-quality suitability reports.
- Act as the key liaison between paraplanning, administration, and senior management teams.
- Participate in Investment Committee meetings and help manage the firm's central investment proposition.
- Deliver technical expertise to advisers and keep the team updated on industry changes and regulatory developments.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
- Conduct whole-of-market research on platforms, SIPPs, and funds.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of paraplanning experience, with leadership exposure in an IFA firm.
- Chartered (or close to Chartered) qualification via CII preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and estate planning.
- Experience using FE Analytics, Voyant, CashCalc, and Xplan.
- A confident leader who thrives in a fast-moving, high-performance environment.
- A proactive problem solver with excellent communication and organisational skills.
