Edge Staffing are currently recruiting for two Customer Service / Business Administrator positions on behalf of a busy logistics company based in Washington. This is an excellent opportunity for organized and customer-focused individuals looking to join a fast-paced and growing business, with the potential to secure a permanent role.

Salary: 12.71 per hour

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)

Contract: Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling customer calls and responding to queries
  • Liaising with customers regarding deliveries and updates
  • Tracking deliveries and maintaining accurate records
  • Data entry and updating internal systems
  • Scanning and filing documentation
  • Processing invoices
  • Providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Supporting the wider administration team with general office duties

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous customer service and/or administration experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
