Edge Staffing is currently recruiting experienced Class 1 Driver (HGV C+E) for day shift work. Deliveries are into printers - goods are paper reels on pallets. Start times from 0500hrs onwards. Multidrop work - our client runs to Scotland, Mansfield, Leicester, Boston and Yorkshire (all work is day work) no reloads all own work. Own truck - no cab hopping.
Full time Holidays: 20 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays. Our client also offers 50% towards CPC costs when full time.
Class 1 Drivers – Qualifications:
- Minimum 2yrs Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho card
- No more than 6 penalty points (no DR or IN codes)
- Strong knowledge of UK road laws and good driving practices
- Reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude
