Job Title: Registered Manager (Domiciliary Care) Location: Surrey Area Salary: £35-42k basic plus bonus The Role We are seeking a highly experienced and accountable Registered Manager to lead our established homecare branch. You will be fully responsible for the strategic and operational success of the service, ensuring total CQC compliance while managing care delivery for a diverse client group, including adults (and live-in care) Your mission is to drive the service toward Outstanding through robust leadership, financial oversight, and clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities CQC Compliance Governance Act as the Registered Manager with full accountability for CQC standards and the Health and Social Care Act. Lead bimonthly audits and maintain "inspection readiness" at all times. Manage safeguarding as the DSL, ensuring compliance with the Care Act and MCA/DoLS. Financial Business Management Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and payroll accuracy. Manage invoicing, credit control, and care hour reconciliation.
