Multi-Site General Manager in Yeovil

Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position for a Multi‑Site General Manager, based in Yeovil to oversee two centres: Goldenstones & Westlands. The role involves overseeing the daily operations of dual facilities, ensuring high standards of customer service, and leading staff to meet organisational goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, driving revenue growth, implementing health and safety guidelines, fostering community engagement, and ensuring compliance with operational policies. The Multi‑Site General Manager will collaborate with teams to maintain the efficiency and quality of services across all sites while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Leadership and management skills, including team supervision, motivation, and training
• Financial management and budgeting experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities for building relationships with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in operational planning and compliance with health and safety standards
• Experience in the leisure, sports, or facilities management sector (preferred but not required)
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills with attention to operational efficiency
• Ability to inspire and engage with local communities to encourage participation in leisure activities
• Flexibility to adapt to various responsibilities and challenges across multiple sites
