Freedom Leisure is seeking an Area Swim Manager to lead and inspire our swimming programs across the South Somerset contract, including Chard, Goldenstones, Trinity Sports & Leisure, and Wincanton. The role blends Swim Program Management with Swim Teaching, ensuring timely support across venues and achieving targets.
You will develop the Learn to Swim framework, optimise pool space and build relationships with local groups, clubs and schools.
