Freedom Leisure is seeking an Area Swim Manager to lead and inspire our swimming programs across the South Somerset contract, including Chard, Goldenstones, Trinity and Wincanton centres. You’ll divide time between Swim Program Management and Swim Teaching, ensuring deadlines and targets are met and each venue has strong support.
You’ll develop the Learn to Swim programme, optimise pool space, build partnerships with local schools, clubs and groups, and drive workforce development with your team.
