In the role of a Swimming Pool Assistant you will help our Swim Teachers deliver lessons to customers of all ages and abilities ensuring they feel supported and are achieving their goals. In the event that a high volume of suitable applications are received, the post may close prior to the specified closing date. Please apply as soon as possible if interested.
Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.
Responsibilities:
- To assist the Swim Teachers during lessons
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine desire to work closely with customers
- To assist with the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surrounds, ensuring their safety and discipline
- Have a high level of responsibility, enthusiasm and motivation
- Must also be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
- Team orientated approach, able to work across organization boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues
- Enhanced DBS check to be carried out
