We are looking for an Exercise Referral Instructor to support the GP Referral Programme, giving advice on safe exercise prescription to clients and evaluating the results of the programme. You should hold a Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification and preferably a First Aid Certificate and a Certificate in Defibrillation. You must maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity and possess strong customer‑service skills. Experience in a leisure‑related environment is an advantage.
Hours: 19 hours per week, Tuesday - Friday (rota basis).
Location: Lymington Health & Leisure – 13 hours; New Milton Health & Leisure – 6 hours.
Requirements- Level 3 Exercise Referral qualification
- Excellent communication skills

- Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
- Computer literacy
- Mobility to travel across our New Forest contract
