We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced NPLQ Trainer/Assessor to join our team. The primary purpose of this role is to deliver a comprehensive programme of monthly staff competency training, ensuring all poolside staff consistently meet the required standards in pool safety, rescue techniques and emergency response.

Responsibilities
  • Planning and coordinating staff requalification programmes
  • Delivering high quality NPLQ courses to external customers throughout the year
  • Maintaining excellent training standards and supporting continuous staff development
  • Ensuring all training is engaging, inclusive and aligned with industry best practice
Qualifications
  • First Aid Instructor qualification
  • NPLQ Trainer/Assessor qualification
  • Strong people management skills
  • At least three years’ experience in a training related business or environment
  • Ability to deliver very high quality training services to clients of all backgrounds
  • Awareness of training business development and potential opportunities
  • A passion for the training industry through continuous professional development, action learning and training
  • Mobility to travel across sites under the contract
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
