Position Overview
A Lifeguard will help maintain a friendly, clean and safe environment for all customers, ensuring the Centre runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering friendly, clean and safe facilities.
- Provide all necessary training to maintain high safety standards.
Qualifications / Requirements
- NPLQ qualification, training can be provided.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff.
- Well developed interpersonal skills.
- Team oriented approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues.
- To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers.
- Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry.
- Must be able to swim competently.
Hours & Salary
- Hours: 6.25 hours per week, Saturday (rota basis).
- Salary: Up to £4,141 per annum.
