In the role as a Lifeguard, you will be key to supporting all of our objectives and in many ways. This will start with ensuring our centres are welcoming, clean and safe environment for all of our customers. A full training programme will be provided and for those that want to go further, we will work with you to develop a career path with us.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.
- NPLQ qualification or equivalent
- First Aid at Work
- Enhanced DBS
- An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff
- Well developed interpersonal skills
- Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of staff and colleagues
- To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
- Demonstrated passion and energy for the leisure industry
