Lifeguard – Casual
Freedom Leisure is a leading charitable leisure trust dedicated to improving lives through leisure. We operate over 130 centres across England and Wales, offering a welcoming environment for all members of the community.
As a Lifeguard you will safeguard all pool users, maintain a safe environment, and support the pool’s daily operations. You will create a friendly and inclusive atmosphere while promoting health and wellbeing.

Casual hours, as and when required.
Requirements
- NPLQ qualification or equivalent
- First Aid at Work (desirable)
- Enhanced DBS check
- Ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and to all levels of staff
- Well‑developed interpersonal skills
- Team‑oriented, able to work across boundaries and support colleagues
- Flexible working and ability to follow instructions from managers
- Passion and energy for the leisure industry
- Regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment as required
