We are now searching for a Swim Manager to work within our Tandridge contract. The Swim Manager will have overall responsibility for our pool programmes and swim schools at de Stafford Sports Centre, Tandridge Leisure Centre and Village Health Club. Your role will be a blend of Swim Program Management and Swim Teaching. As the Swim Manager you'll need to divide your time up wisely ensuring that all tasks, deadlines and targets are met and that each venue has your support.
