We are looking for a proactive and organised Swim Academy Sales Admin to support the delivery and growth of our swimming lesson programme. The role combines administration, customer service and sales, helping to ensure the smooth running of the swim school while promoting participation and membership growth.
You will support the day‑to‑day administration of the swim programme, maintaining accurate records and working closely with teaching staff and management to ensure lessons are well organised and effectively delivered. You will also take an active role in sales activity, following up leads, promoting services and helping to achieve monthly targets. You will engage regularly with customers and parents, providing updates on swimmer progress and offering guidance on progression through the programme. The role also includes supporting staff coordination, assisting with lesson cover when required and contributing to outreach activity within the community.
