Freedom Leisure is seeking a School Swim Coordinator to oversee the centres' School Swimming programme and manage staff within the Schools Swimming lesson programme. You will work closely with the Swim School Manager and external partners to deliver a high-quality experience.
The role requires ASA Level 2 certification, experience in a swim school/coordinator role, and strong staff development and customer service skills. 37 hours per week on a rota basis, with DBS checks as part of the process.
