Role: Ice Rink Shift Leader
Work in cooperation with the Ice Duty Manager and the team on all aspects of Ice Rink operations. Support the Duty Managers to ensure the facilities operate within required standards of quality and customer service. Provide exceptional customer service at all times. Full training provided with great potential for career progression across our 100+ facilities.
Hours: 33.25 hours a week, Monday to Sunday (rota basis). The post may close prior to the specified closing date if a high volume of suitable applications is received – please apply as soon as possible if interested.
Responsibilities
- Support the supervisory team in the effective operation of the Ice Rink facilities on a day‑to‑day basis.
- Provide the highest standards of customer service and safety at all times in accordance with policies, procedures and systems.
- Contribute to operating the Ice Rink facilities in a professional and business‑oriented manner, in accordance with the organisation’s aims and objectives.
- Co‑operate with the Ice Duty Managers, Assistant Ice Manager and ICE Team in all operational aspects of the Ice Rink.
- Monitor, train and supervise Casual Ice Rink staff to ensure standards of customer service and personal presentation are maintained.
- Show a team‑orientated approach, be able to work across organisational boundaries and demonstrate interest and support for colleagues’ work.
