We are a not-for-profit leisure trust with we have a strong purpose and commitment to support our local communities and hard-to-reach groups encouraging them to become more active, contributing to improved lives. From Swimming lessons, to walking football and everything in-between we are driven to provide fun sessions to support the whole community to be active, both within our leisure centres and in the local community.
We are looking for a Group Exercise Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from our Women\βs only circuits class, working with individuals with a range of abilities, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. We are looking for a real people person, who is a team player, as you will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme.
We also welcome applications from passionate Instructors who can bring something new to the programme. Our key focus is to ensure our employees and customers to have the best experience possible, So if this sounds like you, we want to hear from you.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.
- Nationally recognised group exercise qualification
- Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
- Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
- To be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
