Freedom Leisure is seeking an experienced Aquatics Manager for the Great Yarmouth area. You will lead a team of Swim Teachers to deliver a full Learn-to-Swim programme across our centres, using water space to engage the local community and promote activity.
The role requires prior management experience in a medium-to-large operation, strong staff leadership, and a passion for leisure services. Hours are 37 per week, with flexibility and potential travel across sites.
