We’re looking for a Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our friendly and professional team, as we are excited to be launching our brand-new Reformer Pilates programme on 1st March 2026. To support this, we are offering Reformer Pilates Instructor training on 12th & 13th February 2026. To take part in the training, you must hold one of the following qualifications:
- Level 2 Fitness Instructor
- Level 2 Exercise to Music
- Level 3 Personal Training
- Level 2 or Level 3 Pilates
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain new skills and be part of an exciting programme from day one. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic, customer-focused and passionate about supporting others. You’ll ensure every participant gets the most from their session in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. As part of our fitness team, you’ll help shape a successful class programme and play a key role in engaging the community.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.
Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes is preferred, along with experience working in a leisure-related environment involving customer service. You should be able to demonstrate previous experience of working within a team, possess excellent communication skills, and maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
