We are currently seeking Recreation Assistants to join our friendly and professional team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising and assisting customers as they use our facilities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all.
We are looking for individuals who are proactive team players and committed to delivering excellent customer service at all times. Your duties will include regular cleaning, maintenance and preparation of areas and equipment to ensure everything is in top condition. A hardworking and conscientious attitude is essential, as is the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, your social skills and professionalism will help create a welcoming and supportive environment. Responsibilities- To supervise and assist the leisure centre customers
- To be a proactive member of the leisure centre team
- An ability and understanding of how to relate to customers of all ages and abilities and also to all levels of staff
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- To be able to work flexibly and understand instructions from managers
- To assist with the preparation, storage, resources and movement of equipment as required
