As a Bar team member you’ll be vital in the day to day operation of the hospitality department and events, striving to deliver memorable guest experiences on a daily basis and maintaining the highest standards of health, safety and compliance.
You’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop personally alongside experienced industry professionals as well as completing valuable training. Alongside your daily duties we’ll need you to maintain the highest standards of health and safety and you’ll have a working knowledge of safe working practices to ensure we are protecting our guests and ourselves at all times.
Hours: 8.25 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
Requirements:
- To provide an efficient service, prepare drinks as required, provide excellent customer service at all times and maintain a hygienic bar area
- To operate all equipment effectively and safely, ensuring high standards of hygiene throughout all catering outlets and the centre
- To provide an excellent level of customer service at all times
- To assist with any customer comments professionally and courteously
- Experience of working in a hospitality or catering role
- A genuine team player and have a high level of responsibility, flexibility, enthusiasm and motivation
