We are looking for a passionate and qualified Fitness Instructor to join our team. In this role, you will inspire and motivate clients, delivering tailored workouts that are both effective and enjoyable while ensuring the safe use of equipment. Excellent people skills are essential to build trust and confidence and create a positive and supportive fitness environment. This is a varied and rewarding position for someone who is enthusiastic about helping others achieve their goals. Fitness classes will also form part of the role and we are looking for someone who can deliver circuit training sessions as well as a range of other classes depending on qualifications.
Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Professional related fitness qualification
- Group exercise qualification (circuits)
- Experience of managing a varied workload
- The skill to establish key customer relationships swiftly and appropriately
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent people management skills
- Well developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally
- Team orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues

Hours: 25 hours per week, Monday - Sunday (rota basis)
