About the Weldon Wellbeing Pavilion: The Weldon Wellbeing Pavilion is a brand new purpose built community leisure and wellbeing hub opening in early 2026. The Pavilion aims to improve lives through leisure by providing inclusive, affordable and sustainable activity spaces for the entire community. Developed in partnership with Ebbsfleet Garden City Trust, the Pavilion will be a vibrant local centre supporting health, fitness, sport and community events.

Facilities You’ll Be Part Of: Our team will operate a wide range of brand new facilities including:

  • A fully equipped gym
  • Multi use fitness studio for classes and group exercise
  • Community hall (capacity up to 200 people) for sports & private hire
  • 3G football pitch and tennis court
  • Changing rooms and a fully accessible Changing Places facility
  • On site café, breakout spaces & reception area

This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a new community hub from the ground up. We are looking for a Fitness Instructor to join our team - someone with a genuine passion for fitness and the relevant qualifications to match. As a Fitness Instructor, you will inspire members to train, tailoring workouts to each individual to ensure sessions are both fun and effective. You’ll also support customers in using equipment correctly, confidently and safely. This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. Strong people skills are essential, as you’ll be building trust and confidence with every individual you support.

Alongside delivering high‑quality fitness experiences for all members and guests, you will promote activity levels within the centre and contribute to membership growth. This includes using the sales process to help achieve sales and income targets, conducting face‑to‑face appointments to build positive rapport and guide customers onto the Freedom member journey programme, and proactively contacting all membership leads by phone, email or text whenever required.
