We are looking for a Fitness Instructor to join our team! A Fitness Instructor should have a real passion for fitness along with the relevant qualifications. You will inspire people to train, tailor workouts to the individual making them fun and effective, and ensure that they use the equipment both effectively and safely. The role is varied and interesting as you never know who your next client is going to be, so you will need excellent people skills to build trust and confidence. The role will also involve building key customer relationships, managing a varied workload, and working effectively across organisational boundaries.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday – Sunday (rota basis).

Requirements

  • Professional related fitness qualification
  • Experience of managing a varied workload
  • The skill to establish key customer relationships swiftly and appropriately
  • Excellent communicator
  • Excellent people management skills
  • Well‑developed interpersonal skills, able to negotiate and persuade people both internally and externally
  • Team‑orientated approach, able to work across organisation boundaries and demonstrate interest and be supportive of the work of colleagues
