Freedom Leisure is recruiting a Duty Manager to lead a busy leisure centre across a 37-hour week on a rota basis. You'll manage and develop a team of operational staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and ensure the centre runs to the highest standard – clean, safe and welcoming for all.
You'll be responsible for day-to-day operations, budgeting awareness, and driving continuous improvement. A training path and progression opportunities are available within our charity-led network.
