Do you want to make a difference within your local community, supporting people to improve their lives through leisure? Freedom Leisure is a not‑for‑profit leisure trust dedicated to encouraging local and hard‑to‑reach groups to become more active, improving lives through activities like swimming lessons, walking football, and more.

We are seeking a Group Exercise Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer‑focused, ensuring all participants get the best from each class in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment. Desired qualities include a people‑person attitude and strong teamwork skills, as you will collaborate with fitness staff to run a successful class programme.

We are predominantly looking for instructors in the following categories:

  • Aqua Aerobics
  • Body Pump
  • Spin
  • Zumba

We also welcome applications from passionate instructors who can bring new ideas to the programme. Our key focus is to provide the best experience possible for employees and customers alike.
