We are looking to recruit friendly, enthusiastic, energetic & fun coaches to join our teams. We are looking for Gymnastics coaches to teach children in both our pre-school programme (18m+) and RISE programme 4yr+, all you need is your enthusiasm, willingness to learn and commitment to deliver weekly sessions. A full training programme will be provided and for those that want to go further, we will work with you to develop a career path with us.

Hours: Casual hours, as and when required.

Requirements

  • Full training is provided.
  • Welsh Language skills are desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with fellow coaches, parents and children alike.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to use initiative.
  • Must be sensible, responsible and good leadership skills.
  • Dedication to the club and the groups under your supervision.
  • Ability to work well within a team of coaching staff.
  • Good organisation skills.
  • Desire to learn and improve knowledge/experience with potential to further qualifications.
  • Must be able to adapt and be flexible with differing hours from time to time.
