Are you a passionate and qualified Tennis Coach looking to join our friendly and professional team? We are seeking an enthusiastic coach to deliver high quality tennis sessions across our Brighton venues.
As a Tennis Coach, you will play a key role in delivering engaging and inclusive tennis sessions for children and adults of all abilities. Working primarily from Withdean Sports Complex, you may also be required to support coaching programmes at other local sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver safe, enjoyable and effective tennis coaching sessions to children and/or adults in line with your qualifications, training and experience.
- Support the supervision of customers ensuring their safety, wellbeing and appropriate conduct at all times.
- Provide an outstanding level of customer service creating a welcoming and positive experience for all participants.
- Build strong relationships with customers, parents and colleagues through effective communication.
- Manage customer enquiries, comments and complaints professionally, courteously and efficiently.
- Promote participation and help develop tennis programmes within the local community.

Requirements:- A nationally recognised Level 3 Tennis Coaching Qualification (minimum requirement).

- A passion for helping people develop their tennis skills and enjoy being active.
