Freedom Leisure in Bridgwater is recruiting a Duty Manager for our Leisure Centre. You will be part of the centre team, overseeing day-to-day operations, staff motivation, events, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
The role is 37 hours per week on a rota basis, requiring flexible, autonomous decision-making. Relevant experience in duty management and DBS checks are expected; RLSS National pool qualification is desirable and training can be provided.
