Freedom Leisure is seeking an Area Swim Manager to lead and inspire our swimming programs across the South Somerset contract. You will oversee pool programmes and swim schools at Chard Leisure Centre, Goldenstones, Trinity Sports and Wincanton, combining swim teaching with programme management.
You will design learn-to-swim initiatives, manage staff rosters, and build partnerships with local schools and clubs.
