In the role of Lifeguard, you will ensure the best levels of service are achieved for our customers through offering a friendly, clean and safe facilities. You will provide life‑saving supervision, enforce safety rules, rescue and assist swimmers, keep the pool area safe, manage incidents, interact with customers and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Relevant qualification (e.g., NPLQ), however training can be provided
- Enhanced DBS check
- Ability to swim competently (training available to improve)
- Well developed interpersonal skills and ability to relate to customers of all ages and abilities
- Team oriented approach, able to work across organisation boundaries
- Flexible and adaptable to work schedules and instructions from managers
