Freedom Leisure is seeking a Welcome Team Supervisor to lead reception and café operations across our leisure centres. You will oversee the Welcome Team, ensure outstanding customer service, manage bookings and membership activities, and help drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
The role involves supervising front-of-house and catering tasks, preparing drinks, and maintaining high cleanliness and safety standards. 21 hours per week on a rota basis, with training provided.
