Freedom Leisure is hiring a Healthy Communities Leader to deliver a range of community health and wellbeing programmes across leisure centres in England and Wales. The role focuses on engaging local residents, supporting inclusivity and reducing social isolation while working with the Healthy Communities Manager and partners.
You will help run sessions, evaluate outcomes, and act as a local ambassador for healthy lifestyles. Hours are casual, as required, with some evenings and weekends possible.
