We are looking for an Aqua Aerobics Instructor to join our friendly and professional team. You will be customer focused and ensure that all attending are getting the best from the class, in a fun, enjoyable and safe environment.
We are looking for a real people person, who is a team player, as you will work alongside members of the fitness team to ensure a successful class programme. Our key focus is to ensure our employees and customers have the best experience possible.
Requirements:
- Nationally recognised group exercise qualification in Aqua Aerobics
- Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
- Experience working in a leisure related environment involving customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity
