Freedom Group is seeking an experienced Administrative Business Support professional with a strong background in document control to join our team on a full-time basis. The initial contract will run until the end of February 2026. The role involves supporting the Pre-Construction Manager on approximately three days per week for projects for our client, Sizewell C Ltd, with the remaining two days assisting the administrative functions of Freedom’s Ecology and Land Management Business Unit. The position offers a hybrid work model, with three days on-site and two days remote.

The role supports projects involving ecological sensitive works, habitat management, ecological consultancy, and compliance activities. Responsibilities include contractor management, stakeholder liaison, reporting, document control, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Ensuring timely delivery of services and project milestones.
  2. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
  3. Managing health, safety, environmental, and quality documentation using systems like Project Wise & Teamcenter.
  4. Quality checking documents and assisting with \’As Built\’ information.
  5. Raising purchase orders and managing subcontractor compliance.
  6. Providing administrative support to team members, including onboarding, training, and equipment management.
  7. Supporting financial processes including invoice monitoring and purchase order management.

Qualifications and experience required:

  • Experience in document control and client communication.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word.
