About the role
We are now on the lookout for a talented Interior Decorator to join our team, supporting customers at our Windsor store. In this role, you will use your interior decorating and sales credentials to help our customers bring their visions for their home to life. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will:
- Use your creative flair in our customers' homes to transform their space with our products, maximising potential sales returns.
- Create floor layout guides, digital mood boards and quotes as required.
- Ensure all customers receive exceptional service in their homes and our stores.
- Work with our Sales Consultants to elevate the Interior Decorator Service offering.
- Hone your product knowledge to increase store & staff confidence in the services you provide.
- Contact new leads to arrange appointments in a timely manner.
Given this role works in-store and at our customers' homes, you'll need access to your own vehicle, laptop and mobile phone (we'll cover your expenses). You are a warm, energetic and positive creative thinker, with the ability to inspire our customers through your innovative and fresh ideas.
